Deceased back to life is operated by Mobixxx ("we", "us", the "seller"). By creating an account or continuing to use Deceased back to life, you agree to these terms and confirm you are of legal age to enter into them.

Deceased back to life is a private remembrance space: you can add photos, voice recordings and memories of a loved one who has passed, and hold gentle AI-generated conversations shaped by what you share. Deceased back to life is a remembrance tool, not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and not a replacement for professional support.

Keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must not misuse Deceased back to life. In particular, you must not:

• use the service unlawfully, or for fraud or spam;
• upload content you have no right to use, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• create deceptive deepfakes, hateful or harassing content, or content depicting real people without a legitimate remembrance purpose;
• interfere with the service's security, probe or scrape it, or distribute malware;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or circumvent technical limits;
• attempt to bypass or "jailbreak" the AI's safety behaviour.

Conversations and voice output are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. They are simulations shaped by the material you provide — not messages from the deceased, and not suitable as professional advice of any kind. You are responsible for what you upload, for having the rights to upload it, and for how you use the outputs. You retain your rights in your uploads; you grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service. Rights holders can contact us to request a takedown; repeated infringement may lead to account suspension. We may remove or restrict content, filter outputs, or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

We retain all ownership of Deceased back to life itself — the software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

Plus costs €25 per month or €150 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically on the selected billing cycle unless cancelled. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout before payment.

Cancel through Manage plan in your private account. Cancellation stops future renewals; Plus remains available until the end of the paid period. Failed renewal payments do not extend access beyond that period. Switching monthly or yearly billing changes the next renewal without a charge today.

Paid plans are billed through our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders; Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our refund policy for details.

We work hard to keep Deceased back to life available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Cancelling Plus does not delete your memorial content; your account returns to the Free plan. Account deletion requests are handled manually by Mobixxx.

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, and disputes fall to the courts of Ljubljana, unless mandatory consumer law gives you other rights. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
